After barely surviving the Cowboy stage (yes… I didn’t enjoy that one at all and even had to use my coins to pass it 😅), stepping into a warm, cheerful bakery felt like a much-needed breath of fresh air.
This post covers my experience in the bakery stage and includes a full set of tips, tricks, and hidden secrets to help you enjoy and 100% the level. So if you’ve just unlocked Patissière Peach or you’re planning your next run, here’s everything you need to know!

A Whimsical Bakery Brought to Life
Once Peach transforms into Patissière Peach, the entire gameplay shifts into a cozy, creative mode. Instead of battles or frantic platforming, you’re whisking dough, decorating cakes to match patterns, and helping the adorable Theets run a pastry shop. It’s (almost) slow-paced in the best way possible: warm, charming, and perfect after a stressful stage. The music is gentle and cheerful, and with the beautiful pastel scenery, every animation (like Peach piping icing or stirring batter) is incredibly satisfying. Nintendo nailed the cozy vibes here.
Why the Bakery Stage Stands Out (Especially After the Cowboy Level)
The Cowboy stage was not my favorite. It was a bit chaotic and tricky mechanics / timing. So much so that during the final stage used up all my in-game coins just to get past it. So when I reached the bakery stage, it felt like the sweetest reward ever.Everything in this stage is much calmer, and more whimsical. Instead of boss fights or tricky jumps, you get pastry-making and adorable interactions. It’s almost therapeutic whipping up batter or decorating cakes.
