I wasn't planning on getting two massagers, but end-of-year sales have a way of making self-care feel (more) justified. So when I saw the OSIM Miffy Feel Good Series on Lazada, I added both the uCozy Upper Body Massager and the uNek Plus Neck Massager to cart without hesitation.
They were on pre-order, so the wait felt long when the order was placed in December 2025 and the delivery happened in January 2026. Since they arrived, I have been using them almost every evening since.

Both devices feel solid without being heavy or bulky. They are easy to move around and do not take up too much space, which I appreciate since I prefer gadgets that fit into my daily routine and setup with little effort as possible.

How It Fits Into My Routine
The uCozy has quickly become my favourite. I usually use it in the evening while sitting on the sofa, sometimes while watching a show or scrolling on my phone. It wraps comfortably around the shoulders and reaches the upper back area where tension tends to sit after a long day.
The kneading motion feels rhythmic and calming, and the warmth adds an extra layer of comfort that makes it feel less mechanical.
What I Love
- Portable and can be used for the neck, upper and lower back, and even the leg calves .
- Gentle kneading that feels relaxing, not harsh.
- Heat function adds a cozy, comforting feel.
- Very easy to use without fiddling with controls.
- Heat can be adjusted.
- Wireless (chargeable battery).
What Could Be Better
- Intensity may feel mild for those who prefer deep pressure.
- The placement of the buttons to turn it on, change the direction of the massage and turn on the heating is not convenient and cumbersome.
- This one feels perfect for daily wind-down moments rather than intense muscle recovery.
How It Feels to Use
The uNek Plus feels more targeted and structured. You wear it around your neck, and the massage nodes press into specific points along the neck and shoulders. On days when my neck feels stiff from staring at a screen too long, this one feels especially useful.
It offers multiple modes (between normal, hard and pulse), so you can switch depending on how sore or sensitive you feel that day.

- Heat function could feel stronger.

Where to Buy the OSIM Miffy Feel Good Series
I bought both of mine during the end-of-year sales on Lazada. They were on pre-order, but the wait felt worth it. The OSIM reply on Lazada was relative fast. One thing to note is the delivery timeframe, it can take some time if it is on pre-order and responses could be slow if you have any questions. They use their own delivery fleet, so you would need to check with OSIM on the delivery date if you need it by a particular date.
